The Athletic Businessmen Summer Camp isn’t just about sports and business training; it’s also a platform for local businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. We’re inviting business owners to be a part of our camp experience, giving them the opportunity to engage with families, athletes, and aspiring young entrepreneurs.

 Vendor q&A

  • We are looking for vendors who offer products or services related to sports, fitness, youth activities, food and beverages, apparel, and more. If your business aligns with the spirit of our camp and can enhance the experience for our participants and their families, we’d love to have you! No indoctrination or religion.

  • Since this is our first year, we’ve decided to keep the vendor fee affordable for businesses of all sizes. Please fill out the sponsor form to get pricing.

  • To apply, simply fill out the Sponsor Application Form on this page. Once we receive your application, we’ll review the details and get in touch with you regarding your approval and next steps.

  • Your booth space will include the designated area, but you’ll need to bring your own table, chairs, and display equipment. If you need special requirements such as electricity or water, pricing will be more expensive.

  • Yes, vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials, including tables, chairs, and displays. If you need any special equipment (like power or water), please make sure to mention it so we can adjust the pricing.

  • The Athletic Businessmen Summer Camp runs Monday–Friday with weekend games. Specific dates and times will be shared with all approved vendors closer to the event.

  • Sponsors will be highlighted on our website, during camp events, and on our social media platforms. We also encourage all vendors to bring promotional materials to distribute at their booth to increase visibility.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the fee. Otherwise the fee will not be refunded.

  • While we do not require sponsors to provide liability insurance, we strongly recommend that you have it for your own protection. Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their setup is safe and secure.

  • Yes, sponsors are encouraged to sell products directly to attendees at the event. This is a great opportunity to reach new customers and increase visibility within the local community.

  • We review each sponsor application to ensure the products or services align with the goals and values of Athletic Businessmen. Selected vendors will be notified via email and provided with next steps for the event.

  • Yes, vendors may share booth spaces with another sponsor. Both sponsors must submit individual applications, and you will need to coordinate together on space requirements.
